NICK SHIPPERS, Founder & Co-Principal
Born, raised, and educated in Rochester, NY. Nick has attended the following: The Harley School, and Monroe Community College. He has an A.S. in Business Administration. Nick became a consultant to several local non profit organizations and designs web tools for data analysis for clinical research at the University of Rochester Medical Center. “It is the most satisfying experience to help someone translate their business into a website that not only fits their goals but helps them grow, too”. For fun, Nick enjoys board games, jogging, volunteering for the National Model United Nations, and traveling. He is experienced in HTML, HTML5, CSS, PHP, Coldfusion, CSS, JQuery, MySQL, Dreamweaver, WordPress, and Magento. He also serves on the board of directors of the Business Association of the South Wedge.

DEB MOUREY, Strategic Marketing/Social Media

Experience in both traditional and digital marketing with a special emphasis on web 2.0 and social networking drives Deborah’s love of all things business. A social attitude, whether you’re in business, non profit, education or government, is critical to engagement and success. She teaches in two Master’s programs and is Board Chair of a nonprofit. “People want to use social but aren’t sure where to put precious resources (time) to drive the best return. LAUREN JUDY, Expert Line-Editor
Lauren has experience editing for both electronic and print media publications. After working as an editor within the private and non-profit sectors, she has returned to academia where she is currently doing her doctoral work at Johns Hopkins University. She previously completed graduate degrees at the University of Colorado at Boulder (MA Comparative Literature) and the George Washington University (MA International Affairs and Development). Lauren’s languages include English, Spanish and German. She previously co-organized the academic program for the National Model United Nations where she led the editing process of 20 research background guides used by 5,000 students.
