You complete a 10 question survey about you, your idea, and what you have in mind for your web site. We meet at least once in person and go over your survey and the contract (email support@mymoxie.com to recieve a sample contract). You will...

• Pay a non-refundable deposit worth 25% of your estimated bill.

2.

Your web site is drafted such as the layout, sections, what type of blog or shopping cart software you will use to match your needs, what forms go where and with what information, etc. You will...

• Approve draft
• Pay 25% of your bill. This is non-refundable after 30 days.
• Have a balance equal to approximately 50% of your estimate.

3.

You will transfer the ownership of your web site to Moxie (if applicable). Moxie will install gmail (see gmail.com) onto your website for your email organization, the database(s) and forms are created, blogs are installed, edits are made to color or content. You will...

• Approve design and set launch date.
• Pay 25% of your bill. This is non-refundable after 30 days.
• Have a balance equal to approximately 25% of your estimate.

4.

Launch of live site and finishing edits/improvements. You are allowed approx. 10 hours of updates/edits to your website per year. If you go over 15 hours at anytime over 1 year, your maintenance fee goes up on a step scale based on your needs. To give you an example, creating a blog takes about an hour, creating a registration system could take 1-2 hours, etc.
