At Moxie we had a client approach us about a problem with getting their sports team to sign up for weekly practices and consulted a programmer to create a sophisticated online registration system.

Our solution, was to use Google’s online spreadsheets that all teammates can edit (all at once if the wanted) and for free. We set up the system and,

Google Apps is free for business with 50 employees or less, but has premium versions available.

2. Mobile. The tools available on Google Apps lets you edit or access them from any internet location. You can use your phone, a laptop, or tablet.

3. Easy to Organize. Google’s email, Gmail, is amazing for businesses that converse with multiple people throughout the day. The system’s thrives in threaded conversations. For example, if multiple parties are CC’d in an email, or if multiple e-mails
have the same subject line, all of those messages are grouped together with each new e-mail sent. Sitting perfect at the top of your in-box and eliminating the hassle of having to check previous messages often done in Yahoo, Outlook, or Hotmail.

4. Syncing Meetings and Events. With the calendar feature, multiple employees can post events on a single calendar that the entire company can access and edit accordinly. Why is hosting costing so much?
